Mr. Christophe T. Caumont has been appointed General Manager of Mövenpick Myth Hotel Patong Phuket since March 2023. With over 20 years of international hospitality experience across Europe and Asia, he brings a strong foundation in luxury operations, food & beverage excellence, and people-focused leadership. Having held senior roles within Accor Group and beyond, Mr. Caumont is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring sustainable financial performance. His leadership philosophy is rooted in collaboration, transparency, and heartfelt service, guiding the hotel to create meaningful moments inspired by heritage, elegance, and genuine care.

Career Journey

Over two decades of global hospitality leadership

Mr. Caumont began his career in Michelin-starred restaurants in France before building a distinguished food & beverage background in luxury hotels across France, England, China, South Korea, Thailand, and Vietnam. He joined Accor Group in 2006, serving as F&B Director at Novotel Ambassador Gangnam in Seoul and Sofitel Silom in Bangkok, followed by Executive Assistant Manager at the opening of MGallery Hotel de l’Opera Hanoi. His career also includes entrepreneurial ventures in Shanghai and Beijing, as well as senior leadership roles at Grand Mercure Danang and Novotel Yangon Max, prior to joining Mövenpick Myth Hotel Patong Phuket.
